The AX MY multi-tasking center extends the capabilities of the AX M series with the addition of a Y-axis, enabling off-center turning and complex milling operations. This advanced feature allows for complete machining of intricate geometries including holes, pockets, and features that are not centered on the spindle axis. With its rigid monoblock construction, 12-station live tool turret, and Y-axis travel of ±40mm to ±50mm, the AX MY is the ultimate solution for complex engineering parts requiring both turning and milling in a single setup. Perfectly suited to the automotive, hydraulics, and precision engineering industries, the machine delivers exceptional versatility and productivity by eliminating the need for secondary operations. Available in two configurations (AX MY 200 and AX MY 300) with swing capacities from 550mm to 650mm over bed and maximum turning diameters from Ø 330mm to Ø 420mm, the series provides flexibility for different part complexity levels while maintaining excellent positioning accuracy and repeatability.
